If you opt-in to promotional messages, you may receive:
- 1-4 additional messages per month

Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your texting plan. We do not charge for our text messages, but your carrier may charge you for receiving and sending text messages.

Two-Way Messaging
For Guided Success and VIP Packages
If your package includes text support, you can send text messages to your coach. Response times vary by package:
- Guided Success: Responses typically within 24-48 hours during business days
- VIP Concierge: Priority responses, typically within 4-24 hours including weekends
Business Hours
While you can send messages anytime, our standard business hours for responses are:
- Monday-Friday: 9 AM - 6 PM EST
- Saturday: 10 AM - 4 PM EST
- Sunday: Emergency inquiries only (VIP Concierge)
Message Limitations
Text support is designed for:
- Quick questions and clarifications
- Scheduling and appointment matters
- Brief check-ins and updates
For detailed coaching discussions, please use scheduled coaching sessions or email.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use our text messaging service to:
- Send spam or unsolicited messages
- Harass or abuse our staff
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Share inappropriate or offensive content
- Impersonate others
- Send malware or malicious links
Violation may result in immediate termination of text messaging privileges and potentially your service account.
TCPA Compliance
Our text messaging practices comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and related regulations. We:
- Obtain express written consent before sending texts
- Provide clear opt-out instructions in every message
- Honor opt-out requests promptly (within 1 business day)
- Maintain records of consent and communications
