KOTY MART LLC offers optional text message (SMS) services to provide appointment reminders, coaching support, and service updates to our customers. This policy explains how we use text messaging and your rights regarding these communications.

Consent to Receive Text Messages

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the consent box, you expressly consent to receive text messages from KOTY MART at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase - you can still use our services without opting in to text messages.

  • 10-30 messages per month (up to 180 days)
  • Appointment reminders and confirmations
  • Priority coaching support via text
  • Multiple weekly check-ins

  • Quick response to your text inquiries

Marketing Messages

If you opt-in to promotional messages, you may receive:

  • 1-4 additional messages per month
  • Special offers and promotions
  • New service announcements
  • Educational content and tips

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your texting plan. We do not charge for our text messages, but your carrier may charge you for receiving and sending text messages.

How to Opt-Out (Unsubscribe)

  • You'll receive a confirmation message that you've been unsubscribed
  • You won't receive further messages from us unless you opt-in again

Two-Way Messaging

For Guided Success and VIP Packages

If your package includes text support, you can send text messages to your coach. Response times vary by package:

  • Guided Success: Responses typically within 24-48 hours during business days
  • VIP Concierge: Priority responses, typically within 4-24 hours including weekends

Business Hours

While you can send messages anytime, our standard business hours for responses are:

  • Monday-Friday: 9 AM - 6 PM EST
  • Saturday: 10 AM - 4 PM EST
  • Sunday: Emergency inquiries only (VIP Concierge)

Message Limitations

Text support is designed for:

  • Quick questions and clarifications
  • Scheduling and appointment matters
  • Brief check-ins and updates

For detailed coaching discussions, please use scheduled coaching sessions or email.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use our text messaging service to:

  • Send spam or unsolicited messages
  • Harass or abuse our staff
  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Share inappropriate or offensive content
  • Impersonate others
  • Send malware or malicious links

Violation may result in immediate termination of text messaging privileges and potentially your service account.

TCPA Compliance

Our text messaging practices comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and related regulations. We:

  • Obtain express written consent before sending texts
  • Provide clear opt-out instructions in every message
  • Honor opt-out requests promptly (within 1 business day)
  • Maintain records of consent and communications
  • Do not use automatic telephone dialing systems for promotional messages without proper consent

Liability Limitations

We are not responsible for:

  • Delayed or undelivered messages due to carrier issues
  • Messages filtered as spam by carriers or devices
